Very close to anything that we needed. Beach, Los Gigantes, natural swimming pool, Lidl:D Very nice staff, fast check-in, made us feel welcome!

Paid Wi-Fi, Free accessible only around swimming pool downstairs, not rooftop.

Good lift access to all areas. Clean, Modern interior and well equiped rooms. Excellent room cleaning and lovely rooftop pool.

Changing area for late check out was terrible. No where to sit down. Would strongly advise paying for a late check out. Noise was unbearable at times. Metal slatted floored landings really carried the noise and visually was like a prison landing. Cleaners trolleys sounded like an aeroplane even with earplugs in so if you want to lie in after 9 am this is not the place for you. Road noise was also an issue. But for the money you can't complain.

Чистота, очень стараются содержать в чистоте места общего пользования и апартаменты. Бассейн хороший, удобно расположен, чисто, тепло, спасатель всегде на месте, лежаки есть, от ветра защищен. То, что надо зимой. Сам номер просторный, удобный, прекрасно укомплектован. На кухне достаточно посуды, помимо плиты есть микроволновка, чайник, кофеварка. Достаточно удобные спальные места, включая дополнительные на диване.

Запах и шум. Окна на разные стороны здания, с обоих сторон вытяжки от ресторанов. В спальне нет окна, есть маленькое окошко наверху, входящее на общий балкон, где проход к номерам. Шумно

Хорошее расположение,рядом супермаркет Lidl и недалеко Mercadona.В пешей доступности прекрасные пляжи-Плайя ля Арена и Плайя де лос Гуйос,а также природные ванны.Очень здорово гулять вечером по уютным улочкам Лос Гигантеса.Прекрассная работа всего персонала.Чистота в номерах.Сами номера уютные и оснащенные всем необходимым.Прекрасная зона отдыха на крыше с потрясающими видами. Рекомендуем всем этот отель

Понравилось очень удобное расположение, рядом магазины, кофейни, автобусная остановка. В отеле делают ремонт номеров, так что многие уже могут попасть в отличные номера. Обязательно буду рекомендовать этот отель своим друзьям.
