The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Contactless check-in is available 24/7. One set of bed linen per bed is included. An additional set of bed linen for a sofa/bed is available for an additional fee of RUB 500.00 per set. Guests are also welcome to bring their own bed linen (pillows and blankets are provided free of charge). Guests will be asked to provide a photo of their passport with a security notice. After verification, guests will receive instructions with apartment access codes. Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request. For business travelers, official documents are provided for reporting purposes, payment by invoice, and a permanent accommodation agreement is available. Guests must notify the property in advance if they are bringing a pet. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure after the apartment has been cleaned. Smoking in the apartment and on the balcony, as well as noisy events, are prohibited. The apartments are not suitable for parties, loud music, or other noise, especially after 9:00 PM. If this rule is violated, the administration reserves the right to evict the guest without a refund. The deposit will also not be refunded in the event of extensive soiling (walking around the apartment in shoes, leaving trash and dirty dishes behind, or the smell of cigarettes in the apartment). For an additional fee, guests can purchase Kamchatka souvenirs (the owners are from the Far East).
