The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building without an elevator. Early check-in and late check-out are available by prior arrangement and are subject to additional payment. A passport and deposit are required for check-in. The deposit is returned after cleaning. After 08:00 PM, check-in occurs upon full payment of the accommodation and the deposit. When staying with pets, an increased deposit is charged, as well as an additional fee. Smoking is permitted in specially designated areas. Parties are prohibited.
