For reservations for more than 5 rooms, a prepayment is required: Once the reservation is made, the hotel will get in touch with the customer to agree on how to prepare the prepayment. Some rooms are specially designed for disabled guests. Only dogs and cats under 20 kg are allowed in the hotel and upon prior request. A supplement of EUR 10.00 per night per pet will be applied; and a deposit of EUR 200.00 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
