Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. The front desk is open until 20:00. If guests arrival/departure time is out of reception business hours, guests need to contact the hotel by phone (WhatsApp) or e-mail 2-3 days prior to arrival, and the hotel team will inform guests about check-in procedures.
