Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. Please let the property know the expected arrival time in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly. The property accepts only room bookings. Reservations for other services are not available. The property can keep your baggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. However, the property can only store your baggage on the check in/out date. The property cannot accept any special requests for adjoining rooms. The property does not accept credit cards. All miscellaneous charges must be settled by cash. The property will hold sent items for a maximum of one week before check-in. The shipping label must contain the check-in date and name of guest booking when sending luggage or mail to the property. The shipping must be paid in advance.
