As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Know Before You Go • This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Fees The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. • Breakfast fee: MXN 60.00 for adults and MXN 30.00 for children (approximately) • Airport shuttle fee: MXN 1800 per person • Pet deposit: MXN 300 per stay • Pet fee: MXN 300 per pet, per stay • Late check-out fee: MXN 350 (subject to availability) • Onsite credit card charges are subject to a surcharge The above list may not be comprehensive.
