As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. • Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • One child 12 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. • The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. • A car is not required for transportation to and from this property. • Parking height restrictions apply. • This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).
