The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel does not accept children under 18 years of age staying alone. The hotel is a closed club resort. Only guests who have passed the security check of the hotel are allowed to check in and visit the hotel territory, this rule is also mandatory for persons accompanying guests (bodyguards, guides, assistants and other personal staff). In case of a change in the previously declared composition of guests for booking, it is necessary to send scans of the passports of new guests no later than 48 hours in advance.
