Номера чистые, уютные и хорошо оборудованы. Персонал вежливый , внимательный и всегда готов помочь с любыми вопросами. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Особенно понравилось удобное расположение отеля — рядом есть магазины, кафе и основные достопримечательности. Атмосфера спокойная и комфортная, что позволило отлично отдохнуть после насыщенного дня. Спасибо всему персоналу за гостеприимство и высокий уровень сервиса. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и знакомым.

был очень грязный номер (у нас был номер 7) неприятный запах больницы во всем номере, из слива воняло. нет ни шкафа, куда можно убрать вещи, ни стола, ни стульев, плохая шумоизоляция.

Завтраки очень вкусные, выбор достаточно большой. Отдыхаем уже несколько лет на этой базе, номер чистый, постельное всегда свежее, матрасы удобные, в номере есть все что нужно.

Удобный матрас, наличие вентиляции в ванной, достойные завтраки

Не работал вай фай совсем, телевизор не работал - постоянно зависали программы. Просили менеджера решить или проблемы - бесполезно. Неудобная ванная комната: Полочек нет ни в душевой, ни у раковины - некуда было выставить принадлежности, крючков мало. Не было столика - пришлось пожертвовать одной тумбочкой для чаепитий. Отсутствие звукоизоляции (нам мешали крики с соседней тур базы за стеной, и громкие посетители бассейна в нашем дворе). В номере нет шкафа - вещи пришлось раскладывать прям на полу на сумках, поэтому общее впечатление от проживания - так себе.

Очень понравилось. Обязательно приедем ещё. Очень вежливый персонал, виды шикарные, номера не большие, но уютные. Отопление в номере есть.
