The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Check-in to the hotel of citizens of the Russian Federation is carried out in the presence of a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation. Foreign citizens can only be accommodated in the hotel with a travel document. Early check-in service (00:00 — 12:00) is paid additionally, upon arrival, and is 50% of the room rate. Early check-in does not include breakfast. For late check-out service from 12:00 to 18:00 there is an hourly fee, from 18:00 to 00:00 — payment for half a day of the room rate per day. Sauna and fitness facilities are available at an additional cost. Some rooms on the 7th floor are closed for renovation. Noisy work may take place from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM local time.
