The house was built in December 2025 in the Japandi style, which blends Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian functionality. The house is called 'Tea'.

The house can accommodate four people. The bedroom has a bed, and the living room has a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. The furnished terrace allows you to admire the sunset, sunrise, horses, a snowy field in winter, and blooming fireweed in summer. Guests can soak in a hot tub, warm up in a sauna, get a massage in a multifunctional massage chair, and admire the view from the panoramic windows. The house is equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. Guests are provided with white bed linens, soft towels, sauna sheets, aromatic gels, and shampoos. Guests can enjoy a variety of teas and a tea ceremony at a special table.

The barbecue area is equipped with a covered barbecue and all the necessary accessories. The property consists of three identical houses, each with its own private area, allowing guests to relax without disturbing one another.
