Двухместный номер Standard с балконом (2 отдельные кровати)

Я забронил один номер с двумя раздельными кроватями. номер с видом на море и относительно просторный. В результате нам дали какую-то крошечную камеру на двоих где одна кровать убиралась в дверь балкона и приходилось практически переступать меня, а вторая дверь УПИРАЛАСЬ В НЕБОЛЬШОЙ СТЕКЛЯННЫЙ СЕМЕНГ ЗА КОТОРЫМ СКРЫВАЛСЯ ДУШ И ТУАЛЕТ. Мало того что это фактически лишает возможности сходить в туалет приватно или принять душ. так еще чтобы это сделать нужно было опять же переступать через лежащего человека. Балкон выходил на окна другого отеля с какой-то помойкой под окнами. В переулке. Про завтраки молчу. Отдельное расстройство.

Четырёхместный номер Standard с балконом

Локация на площади перед автовокзалом, что удобно для перемещений. Отель достаточно свежий, очень стильный, модный, с хорошей дизайнерской, отделкой натуральным камнем и деревом. В номере много шкафов и тумбочек, зеркал, кровать с ортопедическим матрацем, хрустящим бельём. Завтрак вполне достойный, овощи свещие и запеченые, омлет, сыры, колбаска, ветчина- все вкусно и всего достаточно. Спасибо большое менеджеру отеля, господину Али - с первой минуты чувствуешь, насколько отель клиентоориентированный. Заселились сразу по приезде, не дожидаясь чек -ин. Господин Али угостил нас чаем, ответил на все наши вопросы, рассказал, где находятся пляжи, лично проверил готовность номера и предлагал помощь. Очень ценно, когда в небольшом отеле менеджко доступен 24/7 и с улыбкой готов решать любые вопросы гостей.

забронировала номер на 4 спальных места, оставила комментарий, что нужны 2 отдельные кровати для 2-х взрослых. Со слов менеджера, бронирование прошло через систему Expedya и в системе бронирования отеля был отразился номер с обычной Двухместный кроватью. пришлось вопрос решать на месте. ставили доп кровать, достаточно узкую для взрослого человека. А мой комментарий, мо слов менеджера по кроватям не был доступен для отеля.
