Airport shuttle. clean room

Breakfast was not included but the description made it sound like it was. Cops outside flashing lights at 2AM

Price is decent for the location

Common areas are not clean. Pool needs repair. Bar isn't open during the day.

The hotel did not know we had a reservation and could not supply a room for 4. Overall we had a convenient room selection that was easy to get to and because parking was at a separate hotel entrance. This room was a king bed without a sofa mattress so I just ended up sleeping on the chair while my girls and wife slept in the bed. The place was great, but not knowing we had a stay there made me feel uneasy to book through zenhotels again

No meals provided. This was an ok tradeoff for the low price

Hotel próximo ao aeroporto, com transfer. Só desembarcar e ligar para o hotel, que eles enviam o transfer, ou bancam o Uber (eles mesmo chamam). Se a intenção for ficar perto do aeroporto, é perfeito. Quarto grande, bem estruturado, cama muito confortável, travesseiros maravilhosos. Queria saber a marca, para comprar igual. Chuveiro ótimo, banheira ótima. Zero reclamações. O hotel pode não ser muito novo, mas a limpeza é impecável. O atendimento do hotel é excelente, tanto no balcão, como ao telefone. Não utilizamos serviço de quarto.

Sem reclamações. Não é culpa do hotel que o aeroporto seja longe da cidade.
