Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). If arrival on the first night is not possible or a late check-in is planned, the hotel must be contacted in advance. Otherwise, the booking may be cancelled without refund. The hotel may charge an additional breakfast fee for children, even when breakfast is included in the room rate. The actual policy depends on hotel regulations. Transfer to the property is carried out by boat and must be arranged in advance using the contact information in the booking confirmation. Ferry schedule: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (Rasada Pier): 08:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 01:30 PM, 03:00 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 09:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 01:30 PM, 03:00 PM. Arrival at the pier is required at least 1 hour before departure. The schedule may change due to weather conditions. Travellers arriving at Phuket or Krabi airports after 12:00 PM must stay on the mainland and take the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.
