House cleaning staffs and restaurant staffs are very hospitable. I used mozaiq and wave bar. The property and facility are excellent. Swimming pool and beach very good. You get water sports as well.

Breakfast was average but not 5*. Reception Staff’s attitude and service towards us was not 5*. Accidentally we broke one of the Christmas decorative plastic show piece which was kept wrongly in front of entrance and the resort charged me 175 AED despite of me spending around 5000 AED in this resort. No one bothered to ask if I was hurt. Need to know to venture a small fish to catch the big ones.

We love this hotel. We've stayed about 10 times now. Great value for money.

Breakfast was not as good as usual since Сovid measures are in place, usually the buffet is awesome.

All our request were fulfilled and people was very helpful and extremely nice. I took back massage at spa which was excellent. Gym was good and oitdoor activities were good like yoga.

Gym was hot and there was Some kind of spray that was sprayed all the time. It smelled awful and tasted in mouth.

Fujairah Rotana is the best hotel in Al Aqah! Thanks for being so awesome, for the last 8 years for us! We will keep on coming back, because of the perfect service you provide, because small issues are being fized very quickly and beautiful (Thanks to Michael for arranging the sweet and tasty surprise as an excuse to the very small and tiny issue). You guys are the best, keep on rocking the best service provider, and keep on training you staff for it. The smile of the staff is a golden rule for that. The best view from the balcony toward the sea and pool side, very, VERY comfortable bed, mattress and pillows - felt like we slept on a cloud. Wish you all the best and see you soon.
