Классный отель, после реновации, очень чисто, завтраки, обеды и ужины на любой вкус, очень большой ассортимент, повара готовят свежую еду по заказу. боллая красивая территория ,бассейн, бары, рестораны. Обслуживание на высоте.

Очень много русских пакетников на всё включено, бухают с утра до вечера, неопрятные, ходят в ресторан в купальниках и шортах с тапками. Занимают долго столы, так как алкоголь неограничен. в целом ощущение, будто в Сочи находишься.

Пляж хороший, довольно широкий. Персонал адекватный и приветливый почти весь. В ресторанах Аля карт и платном на пляже - клиентоориентированность очень низкая.)

Еда посредственная, однообразная (основной минус). С основной ресторан можно простоять в очереди 20-30 минут.😈 Много курящих на пляже, до бара ноги их доносят с ветерком, а до курилки не доносят…😡 Анимации нет детской. Да и взрослой нет. Мухи были, но не много. В общем 5 звезд нет, с лучшем случае 4* и только из за посла.))
